Dec. 6th, 2018 11:22 amHad some excellent gluten free waffles for breakfast (not hopping on to the trend bandwagon- I have celiac)- you wouldn't expect Walmart brand stuff, esp gluten free stuff, to be good, but they're the best I've found :)

Date: 2018-12-07 08:27 pm (UTC)That is most definitely true- almost all gluten-free bread options I've tried (and I have tried quite a few) taste little better than cardboard, sadly. If, through trial and error, you find the right brand of cake mix, cornbread, waffles, muffins, etc, those can be pretty good, but all sandwich breads and hamburger buns taste terrible, in my experience.
